These terms apply to systemizedmedia.com and to SIISTM (Systemized Integrated Intelligence Schemata for Targeted Marketing), the internal reporting tool Systemized Media LLC ("Systemized Media") uses to deliver services to our clients. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
Our services
Systemized Media provides marketing services to home service businesses. The specific services, fees, and responsibilities for each client are set out in that client's written agreement with us. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the client agreement controls.
SIISTM
SIISTM is a private tool for Systemized Media staff. Access is limited to people we authorize, and accounts may not be shared.
When a client connects an advertising or customer account to us, the client confirms they have the right to give us that access. We use the data only as described in our Privacy Policy.
SIISTM only reads data from connected accounts. It does not make changes to a client's Google Ads account or other connected accounts.
Using this website
You may use this website to learn about our services and to contact us. You agree not to:
- try to access parts of the website or SIISTM that you are not authorized to use
- interfere with how the website works, including by sending automated traffic
- use the website for anything unlawful
Content
The text, images, and design of this website belong to Systemized Media unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.
Results and information
We work to keep the information on this website accurate, but it is provided for general information. Advertising results depend on many factors, including the market, the offer, and how leads are handled after they come in, so we do not guarantee specific results unless a client agreement says otherwise.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Systemized Media is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Our responsibilities to clients are set out in each client agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed.
